Memory is the corner of the AI buildout that finally got its moment. High-bandwidth memory (HBM) sits next to every training GPU, DRAM and NAND pricing has swung hard through the AI capex cycle, and the handful of public memory makers have become some of the most violently traded names in semis. That volatility is exactly what leveraged ETFs are built for. Here is the full lineup of leveraged memory ETFs as of September 2026: the pure-play DRAM basket funds first, then the single-stock plays on Micron, Sandisk, and SK hynix. For the most up-to-date list, use our lookup table here.
Memory names are notoriously cyclical and volatile, so these 2x products can decay quickly. They are short-term trading tools, not buy-and-hold positions.
Pure-play memory ETFs
A handful of brand-new funds give leveraged exposure to the memory sector as a whole rather than a single chipmaker. DRAL, RAM, and RAML all track the Roundhill Memory ETF (DRAM), a basket of memory and storage semiconductor companies, and each delivers 2x its daily move — three issuers' takes on the same exposure. They launched in mid-2026, so they are still tiny and thinly traded, with no options yet.
To bet against the sector, RAMZ: T-REX 2X Inverse DRAM Daily Target ETF is the first and only inverse memory-basket fund, delivering -2x the daily move of the same DRAM basket. Before it launched, the only way to short memory was through the single-stock inverse funds below.
| Ticker | Fund | Exposure |
|---|---|---|
| DRAL | Defiance Daily Target 2X Long DRAM ETF | 2x Long |
| RAM | Roundhill T-REX 2X Long DRAM Daily Target ETF | 2x Long |
| RAML | Leverage Shares 2X Long Memory Daily ETF | 2x Long |
| RAMZ | T-REX 2X Inverse DRAM Daily Target ETF | 2x Short |
Single-stock memory ETFs
These are the popular memory companies and their leveraged ETFs.
Micron (MU) is the marquee US memory name and the most heavily covered. Three issuers run competing 2x long products, and two more offer inverse exposure at -100% and -200%.

|---|---|---|
| MUU | Direxion Daily MU Bull 2X Shares | 2x Long |
| MULL | GraniteShares 2x Long MU Daily ETF | 2x Long |
| MUG | Leverage Shares 2X Long MU Daily ETF | 2x Long |

Sandisk (SNDK) is the NAND-flash maker spun out of Western Digital, now one of the most volatile memory tickers. SNXX and SNDU are the two largest long funds, and SNDQ is the only inverse option.
| Ticker | Fund | Exposure |
|---|---|---|
| SNXX | Tradr 2X Long SNDK Daily ETF | 2x Long |
| SNDU | T-REX 2X Long SNDK Daily Target ETF | 2x Long |
| SNDQ | Tradr 2X Short SNDK Daily ETF | 2x Short |

SK hynix (SKHY) is the world's second-largest memory maker and the leading supplier of HBM. It had no US-listed leveraged products until an ADR started trading under SKHY in July 2026; issuers piled in immediately, and it now has more leveraged funds written against it than any other memory name. Seven 2x long funds means one from nearly every issuer that runs single-stock leverage, and the four inverse funds range from -100% to -200%.

|---|---|---|
| SKUU | GraniteShares 2x Long SK Hynix Daily ETF | 2x Long |
| SKHX | Leverage Shares 2X Long SK Hynix Daily ETF | 2x Long |
| SKHU | ProShares Ultra SK hynix | 2x Long |

Other big memory and storage names (Samsung, Western Digital, Seagate) don't yet have leveraged single-stock ETFs in the US. For now the DRAM basket funds above are the broadest leveraged memory exposure available.
Risk warning: Leveraged and inverse ETFs are complex products with daily reset mechanics that cause meaningful decay over time. They are intended for short-term tactical trading, not long-term holding. This post is informational only and is not investment advice.
